3A Limousine provides chauffeur-driven transport services and does not sell or ship any physical products. There are therefore no shipping fees; this page explains how our service is delivered.
Booking confirmation
After you submit a booking request, it is under review.
Once payment and vehicle availability are verified, the booking is confirmed, a chauffeur is assigned and we contact you by phone or WhatsApp with the details.
You can follow your booking status at any time on the Track Order page.
Service delivery
The chauffeur arrives at the pickup location in your booking at the agreed time.
Please be at the pickup location on time and tell us immediately about any change.
For airport transfers, please enter your flight and terminal details accurately so we can meet you on time.
Service area: Alexandria and trips from Alexandria to governorates across Egypt, plus the airports available in the booking form.
Delays or inability to provide the service
If an emergency delays the chauffeur, we will contact you right away. If we are unable to provide the service on our side, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
